Other Comments: I *really* liked my last radar detector. Sadly, it got stolen. This one seems to do the job, but it just feels cheaper somehow. As far as I can tell, I haven't had any false positives with it, nor has it failed to go off before a speed trap. In reality, I'm not sure how much of an advanced warning any of these units will give. Usually cops seem to use a quick burst, so unless you are following someone who they check first, it might already be too late. Still, the way I see it, if it gets me out of a single ticket, it has already paid for itself.
