It is an easy product to assemble, use, and has a very powerful motor to make quick work of any job. Do not think this grinder is only for meats. It is not, by far. I grind in a lot of bread , I've used it for ground fish, almost always grind chicken. I've also had some exotic foods like a Falafel prepared with the food grinder.
