Pros: Light weight yet sturdy. Waffles come out light and fluffy - use Golden Malted's Waffle Mix - excellent!
Cons: n/a
Other Comments: We initially wanted the Waring Pro but it was too expensive. Waring is an excellent brand and this product is no exception.

4 out of 5 stars   So far so good

Pros: Makes great waffles consistently. Seems like a pretty sturdy appliance. If this lasts a couple of years with no problems it earns 5 stars, but I've only owned it for a month.
Cons: Only indicates waffle is ready with a light coming on. This may be normal with lower-priced waffle-makers, but it would be a much better system if it turned itself off when ready or, at minimum, made a noise like a beep, ding, or chime. In other words, as it is, you basically have to stare at it until done. That or use a separate timer like the oven's.
Other Comments: Not a fan of non-stick surfaces with their premature failure due to flaking and chipping. Holding out hope manufacturers are finally getting it right.

3 out of 5 stars   Not up to the quality of prior Waring products

Review submitted for Waring Pro WMK200 Belgian Waffle Maker, Stainless Steel/Black (WPWMK200)
Pros:
Cons: Does not have the quality build of the larger Waring Pro waffle maker, which is an amazing waffle maker. This one is wabbly on the countertop and lid connection does not feel solid. Base needs to be wider.
Other Comments: Repacked it in the box to return it. I did not use it so I have no idea how well it actually works or how long it will last.
