But, I never owned any bellows. I wanted to copy thousands of slides taken over the past 50 years and get the images on to a digital format. These extension rings, coupled to a Nikon D3100 have allowed me to begin the copying process. In just a few days, I've copied over 400 slides and since these rings couple all of the D3100's auto features to the lens, exposure and focus are a snap. Unfortunately most of the Ektachrome slides from the '60's have faded away into an unusable pit of deep red paint. But that's another story. The extension rings work perfectly.
