Awesome sound,picture and great support from Amazon. This is my families fourth kindle. Would highly recommend. Cons: The only con is that you cannot get Apps from Google play. Only from Amazon. There are some pretty basic Apps that Amazon does not have. Other Comments: Well worth the money. Awesome support from Amazon!
