Pros: The refurbished product was rated A quality as far as the outside and screen were concerned and this was true upon receiving. Product does work well.
Cons: the 3 stars are for the reason below.
The MacBook pro did not include the specs that were noted on the website! It was supposed to of had 8gb of ram and was only 4gb. The hard drive was supposed to be 750gb and was only 500gb.
I feel like they purposely did this to have buyers purchase!
Other Comments: I did call customer service and all they could do was refund me. I am not sure if I will return since I need this for a project.
