More often than not, I switch off the t.v. and listen to the cable music channels through the use of this system - without having the t.v. on. It's awesome. It's like having one of those expensive satellite music subscription services for nothing! I can now really enjoy my cable music channels without the t.v. I have one speaker upstairs and the other downstairs. My house thrums with great music all the time now. It can't get better than this!
