Pros: Good pressure for the price. Power cable, hose and attachments all store on unit.
Cons: None yet. Only have 1 month.
Other Comments: Original water hose attachment system was a weak design. Manufacturer sent me a new improved system for free.

Pros: The unit looks attractive and light weight, like a vacuum cleaner. Operation is simple. Strong pressure and does the job well. My driveway looks significantly cleaner with just water through this machine with no added bleach or soap.
Cons: Wrapping the water hose around the reel is not straightforward and there are no instructions. Wrapping the electrical cord around the accessory holder in the back is cumbersome because the water hose connection is in the way.

Pros: this is a grreat pressure washer with great power, It works as good as any gas pressure washer that I have owned. You cannot beat the portability of this pressure washer. I just transported it in my suv to the beach to wash my beach house,it worked great! Easy to assemble and good directions. My wife can use it without a problem.
Cons: Make sure that the quick connect system to connect the water hose to the washer snaps securely on to the washer. I had aproblem with this but got a quick helping hand from AR North America customer service to correct this problem. The washer will not work unless this quick connect system is connected properly.
Other Comments: I would highly recommend this product, The service and price on this product from buydig.com was the best I could find online.

Pros: light weight, easy to use
Cons: My water hose has more water pressure. It doesn't clean well for concrete. Customer support is responded to email questions. I would not recommend to buy this product.
