The website now states "(Recertified)" and "Factory Refurbished" but when I ordered the website claimed "new"; and, when I called in my order I specifically asked if these were new and was told that they are new - when I received my order they were clearly reconditioned. Hopefully they will work okay.

I love that there are several accessories for the bluetooth including covers.
I dont like that you have to push the button so hard for it to work, it is in too far.
I also dont like that it will only read texts if you have an android phone. There should be an app for the iphone as well.
