I was tired of dragging out my full sized vacuum to clean up the kitty litter my cat was constantly kicking out of her litterbox, and this was the perfect tool for that. I also use it for the cat hair on my furniture. There is an attachment which makes it very easy to get down between my stationary couch cusions. I love how easy it is to empty when I'm finished using it. I usually keep it plugged into the charger when not in use, and it has never run out of power while in the middle of using it.
