  You get what you paid for By tudole on June 14, 2014 Review submitted for Bell and Howell 85mm f/1.4 Aspherical Lens for Canon DSLR Cameras (BH85MC) Pros: *f/1.4 *better construction for the price *better IQ compare to other lens in this price range (i.e. Canon 85 mm f/1.8) *nice bohek, but it's not very nice if your subject is the bohek Cons: *Although the IQ is better than other lens in this price range, but IQ is not stunning. *It's impossible to get a focus with AF focus screen. The only solution is to use a focus confirmation mod. Without the mod this lens is impractical. *No macro Other Comments: It's not a practical lens.
