Pros: Excellent quality, Stainless Steel, Looks great, Thick and Heavy, Stainless Steel Scissors, Very sharp, Serial Numbered Pieces

Other Comments: When you take the knives, scissors, sharpening tool and block out of the box, you know you have a quality set. The knives are thick and heavy, great quality. The block is heavy and very beautiful, with the stainless steel facing on it. These items are the finest stainless steel carbon steel. The set is just plain attractive. I cut up meats and vegetable, I slice tomatoes, potatoes, onions, everything. The knives are very sharp. I do not want to sharpen them with the sharpening steel, but I will probably become a pro at it, practice makes perfect. I would recommend this set.
