Cons: Poor Sound Quality, Difficult to Set Up, Confusing Controls
Other Comments: BuyDig is a first-rate retailer... so buy with confidence. But skip this MP3 player (or any other product from Creative Labs. The Zen X-Fi, unlike other, less-expensive MP3 players from Creative, is not only extremely difficult to set up (there's no manual, and absolutely NO customer service or tech support!), the sound quality is not that great, the built-in speakers are a joke.The user interface is confusing and badly designed. The buttons are unmarked and difficult to navigate. Some have no function whatsoever!I paid [$] for mine more than a year ago, and have had nothing but trouble with it since day one. Don't waste your money on products from Creative Labs. They're based in Singapore, and they offer no way to get answers to the most basic of questions. Tech support is literally non-existent. They are experts at avoiding their customers.
