Pros: Multicolor tape printing when needed, can be turned off if not needed
Cons: doesn't come with AC power supply, keys must be pushed slowly & firmly or you get incorrect entries

Pros: Sturdy, small, battery powered, full size tape, arithmetic accurate
Cons: Has two color printing red and black which would normally be a plus. However this is all screwed up in the programming of the device. . For the expression 8 - 3 = 5 , the 8 will be red, the 3 will be black and the 5 will be black.
Other Comments: I tried to work with Canon via numerous emails but they expect me to pay for shipping the device to them for repair. I'm not to keen on this since I just took this thing out of the box.
