Pros: Easy to use, Compact, Viewfinder, Amazing 1cm macro, AA Batteries
Cons: Blurry blurry blurry, Colors very inaccurate, Auto function is flawed, Poor image quality, Overexposed images, Very slow at 12MP setting, Grainy, 10sec recoup after flash, Easy function is unreliab, Delayed shutter release
Other Comments: Do not rely on this camera for indoor shots in any lighting. Auto & Easy are very unreliable. Kid & Pets setting cannot capture any degree of motion. Portraits are grainy, noisy, and usually blurred even with the flash. By the way, the flash will sear your subject's retinas while overexposing your image, then be prepared to wait for at least 10 seconds for the camera to recover. During this time you can come to grips with the notion that your shot probably did not turn out well and that you just missed 3-4 more gems while you're waiting. Oh, and there is about a 1.5 second delay between pressing the shutter release and the image being captured. That is plenty of time for you subject to blink, turn his or her head, or ask you if you're done yet. My other Canon experiences have been phenomenal, so I have no idea what went so very, very wrong with this model. Go for an earlier model with fewer MP, faster response & recuperation times. Unless you are regularly printing posters at home, you'll save money, get more pix per memory card, and fewer missed shots. This thing is going back to BuyDig.com, pronto!
