Other Comments: Celestron has quit trying. The first pair of binoculars was improperly assembled. I also bought one of their hand held microscopes after this purchase and it was packaged poorly which caused a scratched LCD screen.It didn't have a protective peel off film normally on new small LCD screens. Product was cheaply made. I contacted Celestron about both incidents and asked why they were having so many problems. I was not satisfied with the canned reply I received which pretty much told me they are in a bad place right now. I want to thank Beach Camera for your prompt attention to the binoculars issue but would suggest that you pull all Celestron products from your shelves or at least do a thorough visual inspection before shipping. Might save all a hassle in the future.Thank you
