Other Comments: My biggest complaint is that the manual is very poorly written and so hard to understand that you want to throw the frame away.

Other Comments: This item was a gift, but I wanted to have all the photos loaded before she opened it. It was SO easy to use and in fact, I loved the fact that there was a USB port for my flash drive! I also loved that videos could be uploaded too. It makes a great gift and I liked it so much that I will be buying myself one next!!
