I lightly sprayed the pan with cooking spray and the cake released very nicely from the pan after cooling a few minutes. I like most all of Cusinarts products so I was not surprised that this product worked well. I also have a cookie sheet from Cusinart and that is one reason I wanted this Cusinart bundt pan.
