I wanted a grill that's small, portable, sturdy, has a descent size grilling surface, and one that has good damper control of the air flow. This grill has all these features and smokes meet very well. The built in thermometer is nice and it has a very durable exterior. I also like the grate lifter option on this grill it allows you to lift the grate when locked in and moves whatever you are cooking off the fire while turning the meet.
