Other Comments: Love the ease of use and clean-up of this popper. However, the clamps for the 'hot plate' broke after only 1 use. I read reviews of this product for a couple months before purchasing, and read many bad reviews. I hoped this was the case of telling 2-3 people when something is good, but telling 10 when it is bad...guess not. I did call Cuisinart and the part was replaced within a week. Keeping my fingers crossed that this one will last for a whille....or at least multiple uses.
