Pros: toasts evenly and quickly. It looked and worked like a brand new toaster.
Cons: Darkness knobs turn really easily. It is easy to bump one of them and change the darkness level.
Other Comments: I would buy this again. It is a good toaster if you like toast.

Pros: This was supposed to be a refurbished item, but it looked like brand new. Operates perfectly and was shipped quickly. Price was a little more than half of what the online discounters were charging.
