Pros: I have had cuisnarts before to compare with and this one just doesn't compare. It has a very tinny sound when you push the toast down. The whole toaster acts like cheap tin. Some of the elements barely toast. A slice will have brown on one side and barely toasted on the other. I am very disappointed in the quality of this toaster.
Cons: It is very attractive to look at and I love the red color on the front.

Other Comments: We love our Cusinart 4 Slice Toaster. We love its' look and we love its' functionality. It is awesome that thick cuts of bread or bagels fit but long/wide slices may not fit (with one of our first loaves the slices barley fit length wise). Otherwise I would give this remarkable small appliance a perfect rating.
