Other Comments: Bought this as a gift. Have the exact same model and it has alway brewed good coffee. Appreciate Cuisinart's warranty. My maker stopped working after the 3 year warranty, but there is a 6 month grace period. Cuisinart shipped out a brand new maker. I had to cover shipping charges, about $20 total, because of being in the grace period. Coffee is a must in my household and the maker gets daily use so not surprised it stopped working after 3 years.

Other Comments: "Just after the warranty, 3 years, the unit fails to brew. The public should not have to put up with failures from companies that DO NOT VALUE their customers. I will be purchasing a manual coffee drip system. The coffee will taste better and I will never buy a coffee maker again! This product's premature failure will not have my money again."
