Other Comments: I love my frittata pan :) One word of advice, since I don't read instructions and sometimes I'm an airhead: while your eggs are setting, *heat up* your second pan on another burner before you go and interlock the two pans and flip. Duh. I won't make that mistake again!
Also, this past weekend, I had a lot of people over, so I tried to put a 'little more' in the frittatas than usual, and it was a mistake. They wouldn't set well. My perfect ratio I've found is, for example for my zucchini frittata:
1 medium zucchini, 1/2 medium onion sauteed
7 eggs, 1/2 cup parmesan
This weekend I did 2 zucchinis, and 8 eggs - *mistake*. And I did another with 2 red bell peppers, 1 cup broccoli, and 8 eggs - *mistake*. I will stick with the 7 eggs max number I had been doing off the top of my head to begin with, and be a little less excited with veg amounts, and all will be well.
