Pros: Handle Stays Cool, Easy To Clean, Distributes Heat Evenly, Non-Stick
Cons: Scratches Easily
Other Comments: Chips in the large pot after only one (very gentle use) ... not happy abut that. However, heats quickly and evenly, no sticking -- but we've only been using the set about 3-4 weeks.
