Don't get them confused. This is the best! I have used absolutely no oil and nothing sticks if you follow the directions. I need better non-stick utensils because eggs etc do stick to them. Hard to flip an egg when it's stuck to the edge of the flipper. Goes from stove top to oven without trouble (for frittatas). Put frozen food in the bottom and leave on the counter and it defrosts much quicker than otherwise. I learned that from another review and tested it. Amazing how that works. I use it several times a week for our Bed and Breakfast meals and so far looks brand new and performs admirably. My dishes need to go in the oven at high temperatures and this is good to 400 or more. All were bought at different times. Each pan looks as good as the day I bought it. The handle and helper handle are a nice design. They stay cool on the stove.
