Pros: This unit works better than my previous (different brand) Panini Press. The hinge system on this one keeps the top plate parallel to the bottom plate. This was a refurbished unit, but it looks like new.

Pros: It does a wonderful job of making the paninis. I do professional demos at the grocery store and does a super job.
