Range (DAKDCMA2500) Pros: Easy Set Up, Reliable so far, Few false alarms Cons: Xmitter mount flimsy Other Comments: Installed ~ 1000 feet away through trees to monitor gate entry - needed some re-alignment, but functions well. Don't like the LED record of alarms that only record 10 events - could be better. Has functioned in very windy conditions and cold weather so far... This unit works great to alert us of incoming vehicles. It seems to work best when the beam hits the vehicle at a 45 degree angle.
