Pros: Price: After my purchase I walked into a famous electronic chain store and saw the exact same unit for $250.00 more than I paid. Although refurbished you can't tell the difference from new by eyeballing it.
Cons: Time and Trouble: It wouldn't matter because you would need to do it in any case, but I spent several days getting my files transferred and programs and drivers rebuilt.
