Other Comments: I've been really happy in the past with Canon camera products. This replaced my G2, which was purchased over 12 years ago. The A4000 is 1/5th the weight and takes excellent pictures. Plus, it was only about 1/8th the price of the G2, when I had made that purchase. This tells me how far digital camera technology has improved over the years.

Other Comments: I have been using this camera mainly for photos so far. I am very pleased with the quality of the photos that this little camera has taken. The auto focus, facial recognition and red eye reduction are fantastic. This camera has a lot to offer in such a small package. I have only found a couple of things that I am not crazy about. I don't like the fact that you have to remove the battery to charge it and I don't care for the placement of the zoom lens control.
