Pros: I ordered a Sony BDP-S3700 blu-ray player from this company, and actually had a fantastic experience! I mistakenly ordered two at first, and the order was promptly refunded. I then re-ordered the one intended originally, and the product is simply amazing! It, quite simply, will play any video or audio formats you throw at it. Just out of curiosity, I plugged in a 4TB external HDD to see what would happen. Quite impressively, it not only recognized the folder structures, but I found I could play anything off of the drive that I desired! I was planning on ordering a spindle of DVD-RWs so I could burn movies to play with the player, but now there is no need! 5 stars!
