Pros: In my case the biggest "pro" was a good price per drive. I wanted to have a number of drives which would be inexpensive enough to lend out without concern if they were lost, yet with enough storage to hold AV size files. This fit the bill.
Cons: The Lexar 16 GB (15 GiB) Echo MX flash drives are less special performance wise. Sequential read performance seems to be ~28 MB/s which is good for USB 2.0. Of course, sequential write performance is a lot less special at maybe 6 to 7 MB/s.
Other Comments: Characterizing this as a "Backup Drive" seems to me to be only market-speak hyperbole. You can certainly back files up to this drive, but it's going to take a noticeably long time to store anything of size. But if you don't mind waiting or you expect to read from the drive most of the time and only occasionally fill the drive up with archived files, then I feel it's currently a reasonably priced option. I have no problem recommending this with the reservations described above.

Pros: It did everything the description said it would do. Just plug it in and it does it's job. Of course, I've yet to access anything I've put on it so I'll have to just trust that it's on there! It was also very fast!
Cons: None.
Other Comments: I bought two of these as I have a lot on my computer. Now I will be deleting some of what I have since I have a backup!

Pros: This is an exceptionally inexpensive Backup Drive that gives that extra room to not lose programs, photos, etc.; It ships faster than anything I've ever purchased on Amazon.com and the packaging is kept to the barest of plastic. Excellent deal = money-wise, fast shipping, great value for your buck!!

Cons: I AM NOT TOO TECHY AND CAN'T SEEM TO SET UP CORRECTLY AND ALTHOUGH IT DOES COPY SOME FILES I CAN'T GET IT TO COPY WHAT I WANT AND DON'T KNOW HOW TO RESET PARAMETERS. EG. IT COPIES A KINDLE FILE BUT CAN'T GET TO COPY DOCUMENT FILE
