Review submitted for Rokinon FE75MFT-S - 7.5mm F3.5 UMC Fisheye Lens for Micro Four Thirds - Lens Kit Bundle (E2RO75MCRO43FSHS)
Pros: Looks great, Portable, Comes With Pouch, Lightweight, Built-in lens hood, Great Sharpness, Well built
Cons: No Manufacture's Support, Weird Lens Cap, Cannot Add Filter
Other Comments: - The Rokinon AKA Samyang and Bower Fisheye lens delivers sharp images right off wide open at f3.5. - For best center sharpness, use f5.6 - For best center and corner sharpness, use f8 - Use Fisheye-Hemi to defish the image to dramatically reduce fisheye effect. You can use this lens and the defish software like a cheap ultra wide lens. This lens is very well built and feels solid. It is a manual lens. You have to focus and adjust aperture on the lens. Focusing is easy since it has a very wide depth of field. It is a little heavier than other MFT lenses of similar sizes. The inability to attach filters worried me before the purchase. But I've found that it's more convenient overall to just shoot multiple exposures and merge them. Using Cokin filters on lens like this sort of defeats the purpose of small camera setup. I took two stars off for: -1 star : The silver paint comes off the first day I use the lens. The lens cap is not designed very well to avoid friction against the lens hood. I don't know about the black version. -0.5 star: I tried contacting Rokinon about the paint problem. They did not respond. Makes me wonder if there is any warranty on this lens at all. -0.5 star: The lens come with small dents on the metal ring around the front glass element. Be sure to check yours for things like this.

Review submitted for Rokinon FE75MFT-B - 7.5mm F3.5 UMC Fisheye Lens for Micro Four Thirds (Black) (RO75MCRO43)
Pros:
Cons:
Other Comments: The Rokinon (Samyang) fisheye is a very good fisheye lens, quite sharp, with good contrast. It's well-made and solidly-built. I'm very happy with it. Being an all-manual lens, it's a little more work to use than something like the Panasonic fisheye, but the great depth of field means you don't need to fiddle with the focus much in any case. It's also about a third the price of the Panasonic offering.

Review submitted for Rokinon FE75MFT-B - 7.5mm F3.5 UMC Fisheye Lens for Micro Four Thirds (Black) (RO75MCRO43)
Pros: Nicely Controlled Flare, Good design, Encourages creativity, Nicely constructed
Cons: No Electronic Connections, Bulky Lens Cap
Other Comments: Great little lens - this is my third fisheye and it stands up nicely against the competition at a very attractive price. Good image quality and the coatings work well to control flare. Focus is very smooth and feels properly damped. Aperture ring clicks nicely. Works perfectly with my M43 bodies. I would have liked an electronic interface to the camera, even if the lens is manual focus, it's nice to have a chip to provide EXIF data.

Review submitted for Rokinon FE75MFT-S - 7.5mm F3.5 UMC Fisheye Lens for Micro Four Thirds (Silver) (RO75MCRO43S)
Pros: Quality build, Small and light, Not Much Light Fall Off, A Lot Of Fun To Work With, Sharp Corner To Corner, Minimal Fringing, Good Flare Resistance
Cons: No Depth Of Field Scale
Other Comments: Compares favourably with lenses costing many times more. Do not be concerned about manual focus, the short focal length gives enormous depth of field. This lens is a hoot. First time I've used buydig, won't be the last. Ordered Fri. from Canada, received Mon. Can't beat that.

Review submitted for Rokinon FE75MFT-B - 7.5mm F3.5 UMC Fisheye Lens for Micro Four Thirds (Black) (RO75MCRO43)
Pros: Very sharp, Quality build, Small Size, Great Value
Cons: Manual focus
Other Comments: Super wide angle at a great price and size makes this a terrific lens for micro four thirds cameras. Though it is manual focus, it's got huge depth of field, so it's easy to focus. The fisheye effect varies depending on what you shoot, and you can always "defish" the image with software add-ons or by using a lens profile to correct the fisheye distortion. Very happy I got this lens, and I highly recommend it!
