Pros: I originally had problems with the shipment. The camera was to be delivered to an address I would not be at for a couple of weeks. Beach Customer was excellent to work with!!! They ship a second camera to the new address and contacted Fedx to return the first camera. I really like the camera. Thank you

Cons: Only bad thing my strap on camera bag broke before I could even take my camera on an outing so I had to pin it.

Pros: Service was great! This is a Christmas gift to my Daughter-in-law and she will be very excited! The camera came very quickly. packaging was well protected. Price was the best anywhere I could find! I did review the reviews of others and I had NO negative !!! No problems what so ever!!
Cons: NONE , other then we have to wait till Christmas to use!

Pros: Inexpensive. The battery life is well over 200 pictures of a mix of indoor and outdoor photos.
Cons: No view finder. I find that composing a picture is easier with a view finder. The stabilization feature does not work as well as my previous Canon. I am a real estate appraiser and use this camera every day. My previous Canon lasted 8 years of daily use in all kinds of weather. My new SX400 does not capture and stabilize a picture as well as the old camera. The zoom feature works well but it takes a little time to focus.
Other Comments: I am shopping for another camera with a view finder.

Pros: I can say without a doubt everyone should have one. I carry it with me at all times. Quickly takes pictures and videos. When going around 15 trail cameras on hunting land you can take memory card out of Cam ,insert into my Canon Powershot and download all captured pictures now.And big Plus.
