I have no desire to use the camera for video. i mostly take outdoor shots of people, candid and posed while urban exploring. It's lightness and capabilites are amazing. The bundle is good too, but the bag. The bag is pretty lame. The viewfinder in nex-7 is an extra that should be offered as optional - I would remove it. Since NEX is mirrorless, the viewfinder is digital; therefore, it is no better than the lcd screen. Even worse, the viewfinder makes the camera a little bigger, what is an annoying drawback. The camera software is amazing! All features are very well designed like I would dream about. Another minor thing is that camera does not support remote control under HDR mode (why not?!?). The rest is just stuff that you can use until you replace it with quality things that you would otherwise want with a camera of this quality. The additional items are the only reason that I dinged it from 5 to 4 stars. I would have been just as happy with the camera and the 2 included lenses--filters perhaps but pretty cheap to buy. BUT -- I didn't want to compromise on image quality. The NEX-7 definitely does not compromise. The images are big and beautiful, and I'm finding the camera not too difficult to get used to. The menus are deep and sometimes confusing, but it's all there and just takes some time to get used to. I bought the package with the 18-55 and 55-200 lenses, plus a bunch of other STUFF. I was afraid the STUFF might be of low quality...good on BuyDig for not going cheap! The memory card was a Class 10, and the extra battery appears to be performing as well as the OEM one that comes with the camera. And you WILL need the extra battery if you take many shots at all during a day. This camera will eat batteries, probably due to the rear screen being on most of the time. I had heard that the video button can get hit accidentally and leave you with unwanted video....yep. It happened to me. You'll want to be careful with that. Also, the small size makes the camera a bit harder to handle, but I think it's because I'm so used to handling the bigger 5Dm2. My hands are small, so that's not the issue, but it could be one for those with large hands. All in all, you won't go wrong with this package. Highly recommended.
