Pros: Good quality product. Picks up items that my previous Dyson would not.
Cons: You need to switch the roller brushes on each time you use the unit because they switch to "OFF" whenever the handle is locked in the upright position after usage.

Other Comments: This thing is a tank! I can't imagine a 100lb woman lugging this thing around. Does a great job suction wise and clean air wise. But heavy, and changing to the tools is a chore. Plus you MUST switch the large yellow button from FLOOR to TOOLS every time. This is good suction-wise, but you need to get used to it. Moving it is a chore. Switching back and forth from floor to tools is a chore. I got this from a great review on CR and YouTube for an all tile place. It sounds like a tank (click, click, click) as it rolls over the tiles. I probably should have gone for something Lighter but it's definitely a "noisy" workout everytime I use it. Since I'm a male, it's not really a problem.
