Pros: Helps you meet your goals that you have set for yourself.

Other Comments: It's not the most fashionable but it does the job well. Easy to sync with your smartphone or computer. You can add friends to compete with if you like.

Pros: Syncs flawlessly with my Samsung Galaxy s5 with Lollipop. Footstep count matches my own count. Great for checking sleep rhythms, able to start beginning time of sleep. Lightweight, comfortable. Emailing customer service for help is easy and response time and advice is good.
Cons: The app works just fine WHEN you can figure out where to go and how to set up parameters, the algorithms are sloppy and confusing. Band is difficult to put on with the 2 push together features to connect, however I've noticed that there are matching bands with a 'strap type' configuration. So wish I'd seen these earlier.
Other Comments: If you're serious about getting fit (no pun intended) and manage to muddle through the settings this is a great item. There's been some reports about once the newness has worn off that it will be put in a drawer and not used. Perhaps it's just my OCDness showing but the more I use it the more useful I find it to be.
