Products works well, Good Customer Support - Manual poorly translated

Pros: Nice compact camera - works well
Nice Looking
Easy to mount and install
Customer support is excellent - they will do what is necessary to get the product working.
Cons: Product Owner manual is poorly translated into English. A lot of sentences are in "Chinglish" and difficult to understand what is trying to be said. Technical manuals should be properly translated for the market intended. Theirs looks like it was done by a co-op student.
Other Comments: I had difficulty with the iPhone EZ installation process. My router refused to connect the camera. When I called customer service, their rep via a "Team Viewer" interactive session took control of my computer and helped me install the cameras through my stubborn router. Their people know what they are doing and are very helpful. Everything works perfect!
