Pros: Looks great
Cons: Video card did not work
Other Comments: System has great stats, but doesn't live up to them. In this case: No video fresh from the box. Gateway's customer service (an exercise in frustration) could not solve the problem (they simply kept repeating the same basic trouble-shooting steps). Searching on-line revealed that the add-on video card (ATI Radeon) is enabled via Gateway's proprietary video drivers. A half-baked solution that doesn't always work. Will not buy another Gateway product.
