This sandwich maker is extremely easy to use and churns out a great breakfast sandwich in a little over 4 minutes. One just needs to follow the simple instructions. My entire family is enjoying this little appliance.There is no way you can get the same results (taste and texture) by using a frying pan. It's relatively compact size is a definite plus. Takes up very little space. Price is excellent, could easily sell this for $10 more. Cons: I didn't buy two. :) Other Comments: English muffins, whether in the HBSM or a toaster oven, take longer than any other bread to get toasty. When I first saw this I was intrigged that I could make my own egg muffins/biskits, etc. Since I bought this I have enjoyed allot of fun experimenting with yummy egg-----??? Easy to use, easy to clean, clever design, and the eggs don't leak--very important. Five minutes=yummy sandwich.
