So far I've cooked chicken, roast, pork chops. Everything has come out tender and moist. Able to store leftovers and reheat with no loss in flavor. Might take some time to get the meat/veggie ratio correct. It also holds quite a bit of food. Very easy to figure out and coming home to hot meals is really really nice.
