Pros: Does Not Leak, Easy to clean, Boils Quickly
Cons:
Other Comments: I don't think they could make it any easier to consistently make great tasting ice tea. Here's how I do it. I use 2 family size Luzianne Ice tea bags. (I used Lipton for years & didn't know what I was missing until I tried Luzianne) Put them in the brew basket. The brew basket fits inside the top of the pitcher rather than in the machine. You can adjust the strength of tea by using the setting on the bottom of the brew basket. I use the medium setting. Fill the pitcher with water to the lower fill line, & then pour this into the machine. Put the brew basket into the pitcher & the pitcher into place under the spout & turn on the machine. I then get 3/4 cup of sugar ready while the tea is brewing. After the tea has finished brewing I take the top off the pitcher & dispose of the tea bags & rinse the brew basket under the faucet. Slowly pour the sugar into the pitcher & stir well. Adding sugar while the tea is hot makes it dissolve completely & easily. Then add water up to the top fill line on the pitcher & stir. Put the pitcher in the fridge & you have perfect ice tea every time. If you want instant ice tea follow the directions in the manual & add ice to the pitcher instead of water. I think my method gives more consistent results.

Pros: Boils Quickly
Cons: No Way To Shut Off, Hard To Sweeten
Other Comments: Only two things bad about it otherwise it does the job. Once started, you can't turn it off except by unplugging it in case you forgot something (like the tea). Also it doesn't do well with honey as a sweetner unless you put it in the right place. It can clog the drain hole.

Pros: Boils Quickly, Tight Lid
Cons:
Other Comments: I make lots of iced tea in the summer months. I love the shape of the pitcher which fits in the fridge easier than the round ones I've had in the past. The only thing I notice is that I have to make it more often as it only makes 2 quarts. I love this though!
