Pros: Runs on Chrome, not on Windows, especially not on Windows 8.
Super fast, super simple.
Just plain user-friendly.
If you have a G-Mail account, everything readily shares among all your devices, Chromebook, desktop, Android tablet, Android smart phone.
Very sleek lay-out and functioning. Great fit and finish. Good materials well crafted.
14-inch high res screen is big enough without making the device too big, cumbersome.
Cons: Must be on line in order to do anything. If you can't find wi-fi or a good T-Mobile data signal, it's as useless as a brick. Fortunately such a situation is not likely.
If you don't have a cloud-ready printer, printing might be a bit sketchy. But if you do, or have a compatible wi-fi enabled "legacy" printer it's a breeze.
Some Windows users have difficulty opening gdocs with Word.
Other Comments: This is my first Chromebook and I love it. I bought when I'd finally had enough of fighting Windows 8 on a Dell desktop that I otherwise liked a lot, and found myself locked out by Windows 7 on my Asus laptop, which I never did like too much anyway. (Couldn't access user profiles to accept my i-d and password, no do-it-yourself fixes worked) Did I mention, I'm fed up with Windows?
I bought this refurb almost on a lark figuring I would not be out very much if I didn't like it. And Buydig's 45-day return policy gave me even more protection. Appearance and functionality is like an entirely new machine.
It's all I ever use now.

Pros: great condition
fast startup
uncluttered
great price
Cons: takes a little time getting used to apps
Other Comments: Bought this computer refurbished, knowing I was taking a chance on it. Was very surprised to find in great condition...looked new and couldn't see any visible signs of prior use. Computer started up very fast and has worked great for the few weeks we've had it. Surfing the web is fast with little to no lag time. Getting used to all apps and no programs is a bit different and takes some patience, but i know overall it will be worth it. The box contained everything as listed, including the free 3g service by T-Mobile, which took all of one minute to set up. All in all, very pleased with this price-friendly laptop.
