Other Comments: I've purchased from BuyDig previously and the price was good, so I ordered the netbook on-line. It was received three days later, but was defective (system fan didn't work). BuyDig was contacted for an RA and informed I wanted a replacement (same item). The defective netbook was shipped from a local FedEx shipping site the same day (the inclosed invoice contained the RA#, indicated the problem with the unit, and requested a replacement--same item/model) and tracking revealed it was scanned in at the BuyDig return center three days later.Two days following its arrival, I'd not received any communication from BuyDig, so I called customer service. The representative indicated "no determination had been made on the return".A follow-up call two days later revealed a credit had been issued."What was the status on my replacement netbook?"W"We didn't know you had requested a replacement."I could have ordered the replacement netbook on a separate transaction, but wanted to verify I was getting a credit on the original unit before reorder.A check on the BuyDig website revealed the price had dropped from [$] to [$], but I was charged [$] on the replacement.The replacement has been received and works fine, but I doubt I will buy from BuyDig in the future over the failure to provide the product in a timely fashion (three weeks from order to delivery of a working model) and the over-charge for the item received.
