Being a Windows user I thought it would be Plug and Play --- not so. I love what it gives you in multi-screens and touch capability, as well as keyboard and mouse. Once I master Windows 8 I feel it will be tremendous. So if you have the time -- go for it. To-date I have had no problems with the hardware and happy with the speed and flexibility. You only get 90 days warranty but HP will offer you [as soon as you log on] an extended warranty, at a price of course. Cons: Learning Windows 8.01 Finding Printer Drivers that work with Windows 8.01. The keyboard is a low cost version -- I might consider replacing.
