Pros: We've had this all-in-one for a few weeks now and are very happy with it and couldn't be the price of $399. It was a refurbish, but came in packing perfectly new.
Cons: This is a big con and not clear when purchasing. You need a dongle to plug into USB to use wireless keyboard and mouse. No where on the set up (instructions are 1 page) does it mention this. After calling HP and getting the run around, my wife hung up and called again. She had to pretend to be interested in buying a new one and ask if the computer need a separate piece to run wirelessly. This was confirmed by the HP agent. Very frustrating and time consuming process.

3 out of 5 stars   Flat Screen

Review submitted for Hewlett Packard 23-P112 Pavilion 23" AMD A8-6410 TouchScreen All In One PC (HP23P112RB)
Pros: Not much can be said for the operation of the computer itself. It does what a computer usually does. It was a replacement for an earlier HP flat screen that failed. This one lacked much of the refinement of the old one and that is slowing transfer of files from one to the other. But the screen is larger and better than old model.
Cons: HP had a major problem with this particular device and that was the keyboard was incompatible with the dongle. HP sent two similar items as replacements, but only one actually arrived. Same problem. The second one vanished in the system. HP guess is that someone there realized they had a bad production lot and withheld it. What they did was to send a Logitech keyboard kit at my agreement. It worked immediately thus verifying my diagnoses of a build lot that did not meet QC requirements got into circulation. It was my troubleshooting experience that brought this matter to correction. In a call HP almost admitted a bad production lot. Undoubtedly there are other keyboards from this lot out there and should cause additional problems for clients with same keyboards.
