Other Comments: I am extremely dissappointed in beach camera i received a damaged item and since i am a traveling businessman did not notice it till 2 weeks later a flaw in the outer mouldings by the keyboard. Upon calling holding for 25 minutes i was told that without the box i could not return for an exchange to call back the next day JOSH says so he may be talk to a manager upon calling the next day JOSH says i forgot man call me back in an hour its crazy on mondays so no i dont need your number you call me back. I am extremely upset that i would pay for a product and receive 0% customer service needless to say i wont use beach camera again and will get in touch with the owners with a certified letter stating the horrible service i received. I own my own business in which customer service is the only thing that keeps paying the bills
