Other Comments: I've had this cleaner for about 8 months now. I orginally bought it because I was moving out of my college apartment, and after living there 2 years with my dog and friends, the carpet was pretty trashed. The first one I got had a seal broken (my boyfriend noticed it) so we returned it and got a different one. The second one worked great, but I have noticed if you are doing some hard-core cleaning it starts to loose power after 4-5 hours. Either way, I got my deposit back in my apartment, so did my boyfriend, my parents used it to clean their carpet when they were selling their house, and my sister's borrowed it to detail her car. Each time we were amazed with the amount of filth in our carpet (and we all pride ourselves in our clean homes). I use this machine atleast once or twice a month, sometimes every week and it's never let me down. Well worth the price and a lot better then going to the store and renting a machine!

Other Comments: I have a large dog that sheds alot and I would like to say that I thought my vacuum cleaner was pulling up all the hair in the carpet but to my surprise when I used this steam cleaner I could not believe all the hair I found in the container....very good suction
