I was not dissappointed. It works a good as the one I replaced.I use it to shampoo our wall to wall carpets and it does a great job. I can't believe the dirt it removes from the carpet! Verified Purchase Review submitted for Hoover MaxExtract Dual V Carpet Cleaner, Black, F7412900 (HVF7412900) Pros: Cleans well when working Cons: Brushes didn't spin, Had to take to repairman, Leaked Other Comments: Only used it once and had to call Hoover and they told us to return it or take to an authorized Hoover repairman which we did and it was in another town and it's taking over two weeks to get it back because he had to order parts because it leaks when cleaning the furniture and the brushes didn't always spin.
