Pros: Perfect kneading, Making bread is a breeze, Professional grade, Fast even mixing, Easy to use

Other Comments: When I was younger, I had a kitchen aid mixer, and loved it. Didn't use it very often, and mostly with the attachments when I did, but loved it. Several years ago, I went through a bad divorce and got very sick, unable to work. I sold everything that wasn't necessary to make ends meet - one of them was my mixer. Years later, I'm living on disabilty and keeping a "wish list" of things I want when I get my back pay, a mixer was of course on it. Now, I make homemade bread and cinnamon rolls quite often - the old fashioned way (kneading for a long time). The kitchen aid handles my bread recipe which is 12-14 cups of flour on top of wet ingredients just fine. I chose the professional grade for that reason, and it handles it no problem. Oh - and the red is the perfect, deep red without being orangy.
